Supermodel Food ‘Fish Tacos’
Bella Petite’s ‘Supermodel Food’ advice is the world’s most glamorous food suited for every-body! We are bringing you some of our favorite foodie secrets and recipes to help you live a happy harmonious lifestyle with your food and body. The advice we are offering is meant to help you lose weight and, or maintain that perfect figure that you want without the stress of dieting.
Our philosophy is that food, health and fitness is a lifestyle and it should be one that is achieved easily without feeling like you are starving yourself. That is why Bella Petite Magazine cover girl Laura Mason has cooked up a healthy fresh serving of fish tacos, along with a ‘superlicious’ side salad to delight your taste buds!
This is a great dish it has little prep time, so it can be served up on the fly! Enjoy Laura’s favorite recipe for fish tacos.
4 Tilapia fillets
2 Cups of Panko Bread Crumbs
5 Tablespoons Cajun Seafood Fry Mix
2 eggs scrambled
Mix panko bread crumbs and Cajun seafood fry mix. Dip tilapia in egg then breading mix. Fry tilapia in vegetable oil on stove.
5 Tablespoons Cholula Hot Sauce
2 Tablespoons Green Tabasco
½ cup Buttermilk Ranch dressing
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
5 Tablespoons Lime Juice
To make your taco use corn tortilla, fill them with breaded tilapia, sides, and sauce.
Sides: Use the side garnishes in the fish tacos and for a fresh cabbage salad.
Cabbage (green and purple mix)
Tomatoes (diced or sliced)
Side Salad Dressing: One Lemon, One Garlic clove, 2 Tbls Olive Oil (For salad prep)
Also, we suggest that you prepare a mexi-fresh salad by using the leftover cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro (and shred some carrots too). Then squeeze lemon juice into a bowl with the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper seasoning to your taste.
This wonderfully balanced meal will help kick start your metabolism, which is a secret to staying fit for life. Chill the cabbage salad and serve alongside the fish tacos and enjoy!
