Petite Skinny Jeans: How Any ‘Body’ Can Wear Them!
Skinny jeans. They’ve made appearances throughout the twentieth century, and now most recently popped up in the mid-2000s. With no sign of slowing down, is it time you gave them a try? If you’re one of those ladies who’s a bit uncertain about wearing them, we’re going to tell you how any body can wear them and look fabulous!
LENGTH
First things first: petite women have made skinny jeans work for them by buying a regular length and either tucking the extra material into boots for a fall or winter style, or slouching the bottoms over heels for a spring or summer style.
However, after researching inseams on regular lengths, we found that most “regular” ankle length skinnies have a 29” inseam, and “regular” full-length skinnies have a 33” inseam.
Considering as a 5’ 0” woman, my leg inseam is a mere 28.5”, that is a lot of extra material to contend with!
