Petite celebrity 5’1″ Nicole Ritchie was spotted in Los Angeles yesterday joining her friends at Izaka-Ya Sushi.

Yes, it is still Winter and this dress is a must-have in your closest.  Enjoying the California sunshine she was seen in the latest long floral dress, looking very much like her Spring 2011 Winter Kate Collection!  Our best advice when it comes to the Maxi dress is not to have it drag the ground.  Be careful of the overall dress being to full as it will have a tent effect and will not be the best fit for your petite frame.

In between taking care of her hubby Joel Madden and kids, she manages to find time to do some modeling by day and hang out with friends at night.
