2010 Grammy Nominations include Star PETITES!

Grammy picBy Ann Lauren: The nominations for the 2010 Grammy Awards were announced during a special live televised concert on Wednesday, December 2, 2009. The Grammy Nominations Concert Live! Coutdown to Music’s Biggest Night, special aired on CBS at 9 p.m. EST. LL Cool J rapper and star on NCIS Los Angeles, along with country pop singer  Taylor Swift hosted the one-hour program, which featured live performances by the Black Eyes Peas, Maxwell, Nick Jonas, and Sugarland. Presenters included rockers Linkin Park, funny man George Lopez, Beatles drummer Ringo Starr, pop star Katy Perry and Motown music legend Smokey Robinson.

Beyonce rules the field with a total of 10 nominations, including Album of the Year for “I Am…Sasha Fierce”. SheLady Gaga Elle Magazine Cover also garnered nominations for Song of the Year for “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” and “Record of the Year” for “Halo”. Fellow amazonian princess Taylor Swift was nominated in eight categories, including “Best Album” for “Fearless” and pop star PETITE 5’1″ Lady Gaga received five nominations, including several for her single “Poker Face”.

Joining the list is QUEEN of the POP STAR PETITES the iconic 5’3″ Madonna for “Best Dance Recording” hit single “Celebration”.  The petite pop start 5’1″ Pink is up for “Best Female Vocals on “So What” single.  Bombshell petite country star 5’3″ Carrie Underwood “Carnival” is up for Best Female Country Vocal Performance, she’s gotta be a shoe in for this one! The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
